Initiate Your Request
Log into your Premio account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
